Meiraba is a graduate student at the University of Houston, US. He has an integrated BS-MS Dual Degree in Chemical Sciences from IISER-Kolkata. Apart from his deep interest in trying to solve the global CO2 problem and energy crises, or surface science he is interested in any talk that has to do with the scientific method. Even the juggling between his two research groups at the ECE and Chemistry Department at his University could not diminish his eagerness to talk about science as a thought process and how it affects our life in general outside the classroom. He would like to become a fluent communicator of science; however, he insists on being a lifelong student of science. He is a recipient of the Young Scientist award and has worked at NTU Singapore, CSIR-NCL Pune, IIT-G and MU exploring various facets of science.
